On invitation of schools, Virtues in Us offers short (half day or one day) in-service training sessions for all or part of school staff who are unable to attend the two week facilitator training workshop.

The in-service trainings help all staff understand the importance of character education and become united in their educational approach. The participating staff also learn powerful communication skills to motivate children and to develop virtues in them.
